THE ROLLING STONES

   The Rolling Stones este o trupă englezească care a devenit populară la începutul anilor 1960 . Trupa a fost formată la Londra în 1962 de Brian Jones, Mick Jagger şi Keith Richards. The Rolling Stones a lansat 55 de albume şi compilaţii şi au avut 37 de piese în top-10 singles . În 1989 trupa a intrat în Rock and Roll Hall of Fame iar în 2004, revista Rolling Stone i-a clasat pe locul 4 în 100 Greatest Artists of All Time. Au vândut peste 200 de milioane de albume în întreaga lume .

   Istoric

   Legenda spune că în octombrie 1960 Mick Jagger şi Keith Richards, foşti colegi de şcoală, s-au întâlnit pe peronul gării din oraşul lor natal, Dartford. Împreună cu Dick Taylor au format grupul Little Boy Blue & The Blues Boys. Doi ani mai târziu, în iunie 1962, au înfiinţat trupa The Rolling Stones (după piesa "Rollina"1 Stones Blues", interpretată de Muddy Waters). La 12 iulie 1962 are loc primul concert la Marquee club din Londra. Grupul era format din Mick Jagger (voce), Keith Richards (chitară solo), Ian Stewart (pian), Brian Jones (chitară ritmică), Dick Taylor (bass) şi Tony Chapman (tobe). În 1963, casa de discuri Decca şi directorul ei artistic Dick Row, celebru pentru refuzul beatleşilor a înregistrat primul lor single.

SITUAŢIA TRAFICULUI RUTIER17.05 LA ORA 12.45

Centrul INFOTRAFIC din Inspectoratul General al Poliţiei Romane informează că la această oră ( 12.45) nu sunt anunţate drumuri naţionale sau autostrăzi cu circulaţia intreruptă din cauza vreunui eveniment rutier şi nici probleme majore de fluenţă a traficului rutier.

Semnalăm că pe DN1 Ploieşti - Braşov se execută lucrări de reparaţii la kilometrul 115, in zona Posada, pe Podul Valea Şipotelor. Lucrările au inceput in data de 3 mai a.c. şi se estimează că vor dura două luni, timp in care traficul rutier se va desfăşura pe o bandă, alternativ, in ambele sensuri.

Reamintim că in judeţul Caraş â€“ Severin, pană in data de 31 mai 2012, va fi intreruptă circulaţia pe centura municipiului Caransebeş, intre kilometrii 0 şi 12+082 metri, in vederea executării unor lucrări de reparare a covorului asfaltic. in această perioadă, circulaţia autovehiculelor se va desfăşura pe rute ocolitoare, prin oraş. Le recomandăm conducătorilor auto să respecte semnalizarea temporară instituită şi semnalele piloţilor de dirijare.

Informăm, totodată, că in acelaşi judeţ, din cauza unei alunecări de teren, este inchisă varianta de ocolire Domaşnea, iar autovehiculele circulă pe vechea rută, pe DN6.

Conform informării emise ieri de Administraţia Naţională de Meteorologie, valabilă pană vineri, 18 mai, ora 12.00, in majoritatea regiunilor ţării vor cădea cantităţi insemnate de apă. Aversele vor avea şi caracter torenţial, iar cantităţile de apă vor depăşi local 20 de litri/mp şi, izolat, 40 de litri/mp. in aceste condiţii, le recomandăm conducătorilor auto să circule cu viteză redusă, adaptată la starea carosabilului, să mărească distanţa in mers intre autovehicule, să utilizeze luminile de intalnire şi să utilizeze centura de siguranţă pe intreaga durată a deplasărilor.

Ştiaţi că:

Neadaptarea vitezei la condiţiile de drum reprezintă una dintre principalele cauze generatoare de evenimente rutiere?

Distanţa de franare a unui autovehicul se tripleză in condiţiile unui carosabil alunecos?

Cele mai dificile manevre pe timp de iarna in traficul urban sunt plecarea de pe loc, depasirea şi oprirea in conditii de siguranţă?

Ceaţa, precipitaţiile, albul zăpezii ingreunează vederea, iar oboseala se instalează mai repede?

intr-o zi in care precipitaţiile sunt abundente, numărul accidentelor creşte considerabil?

Avand in vedere prognoza Administraţiei Naţionale de Meteorologie, iminenţa producerii de polei şi a căderilor de zăpadă ce sunt anunţate pentru perioada imediat următoare, ne facem datoria să vă recomandăm:

inainte de a pleca la drum, informaţi-vă temeinic despre condiţiile meteo şi starea drumurilor, apeland unul dintre numerele de telefon: 9360, 3157566, 3186609 sau 3186631 ale Comandamentului Central de Iarna;

Adaptaţi permanent viteza la condiţiile de drum (carosabil acoperit cu zăpadă, gheată sau polei);

Circulaţi cu o viteză care să nu depăşească 30 km/h, in localităţi, sau 50 km/h in afara lor cand partea carosabilă este acoperită cu polei, gheaţă, zăpadă bătătorită, mazgă sau piatră cubică umedă. Conform prevederilor legale in domeniu reprezintă obligaţie a conducătorului de vehicul.

Folosiţi corespunzător sistemul de iluminare-semnalizare, cat şi cel de climatizare si dezaburire, pentru a vedea si a putea fi văzuţi in trafic. Reamintim că legislaţia rutieră prevede obligativitatea folosirii luminilor de intalnire, in afara localităţilor şi in timpul zilei;

Păstraţi in mers o distanţă suficientă pentru a putea opri in condiţii de siguranţa atunci cand condiţiile de deplasare sunt nefavorabile;

Echipaţi autovehiculul cu pneuri corespunzătoare;

Verificaţi periodic acumulatorul acestuia;

Nu bruscaţi comenzile si folosiţi cu preponderenta frana de motor;

in zilele cu ploi, lapoviţă sau ninsoare, acţionaţi din timp ştergătoarele de parbriz;

Operatorii de transport ce deţin autovehicule cu masă mai mare de 3,5 tone, au obligaţia legala, de a monta pe roţi lanţuri sau alte echipamente antiderapante omologate, pe perioadele si pe drumurile stabilite.

Nu in ultimul rand, rugăm conducatorii auto incepatori să evite, pe cat posibil, conducera autovehiculului in condiţii de drum alunecos, pe timp de noapte sau pe distante mari, dată fiind experinta redusă şi riscul implicarii in evenimente rutiere nedorite. De asemenea, le reamintim că, dacă au mai puţin de un an de practică, viteza maximă admisă in afara localităţilor este cu 20 km/h mai mică.
